Parent Fundraising Group

Committee

The PTA is a small, friendly and dedicated group of parents who work closely with the school to enrich the experiences and opportunities available to every child. Through their enthusiasm, generosity and hard work, the PTA provides invaluable support to our school community and helps create memorable experiences for pupils and families alike.

Throughout the year, the PTA organises a variety of fundraising and community events, including our popular Halloween Disco, Spring Fling Disco, Pumpkin Carving Competition, Poetry Competition and the much-loved Year 6 Leavers’ Festival. These events not only raise funds for the school but also strengthen the sense of community that makes Newtown Linford such a special place to learn and grow.

The PTA is always keen to welcome new volunteers. Whether you can spare a little time to help at an event, have ideas for future fundraising activities or would like to become more involved in the committee, your support would be greatly appreciated. Every contribution helps make a difference to the opportunities we can provide for our children.

If you would like to get involved, offer support or contact the PTA for any reason, please speak to one of the committee members listed below.

You can also keep up to date with the latest news, events and fundraising activities by following the PTA Facebook page: @NewtownLinfordPrimarySchoolPTA. It’s a great way to stay connected, see what’s coming up and find out how you can support the school community.
